Used items are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom printed items cannot be returned for reasons like wrong size or design choice.

You have 24 hours to contact us at contact@uniquestride.com to request order modifications or cancellation. After 24 hours, the order is in production and cannot be changed.

Customers have 24 hours to correct order details. Errors after this time are the customer's responsibility.

Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Only new and unused items returned within 30 days are eligible for return or exchange.

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to request modifications or cancellations at contact@uniquestride.com. After this period, the order enters production and cannot be changed.

Are refunds available for custom orders?

Since our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for mistakes in order details or design choices. Please use the size charts and product information to ensure accuracy.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?

We guarantee satisfaction for orders with defects or incorrect items. Send your order number and a clear photo of the issue to contact@uniquestride.com, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your item hasn't arrived within 45 days, contact us at contact@uniquestride.com. Please note that refused shipments are not eligible for compensation. Orders placed in November and December are subject to a 60-day wait period due to high shipping volumes.

What happens if I make a mistake in my order?

Report errors within 24 hours. After this period, incorrect measurements or address details are the customer's responsibility. Size exchanges for sizes differing by more than two sizes from the original order are considered customer errors and are not eligible for exchange. Free size exchange applies only to the same model and design.
